either from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.or from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Effective November 2009

Classes are filled on a 'First Come, First Pay Basis'.  Pre-registration and payment in full is required.  NO REFUNDS.  If you miss a course you may reschedule within 60 (sixty) days.  MasterCard, VISA, and Checks, with proper I.D., are all acceptable forms of payment.  All payments will be received at the offices of CMS Training Academy.

Class size is limited. 

 It is highly recommend that participants bring a bag lunch for classes consisting of more than 4 (four) hours.

Cancellation Policy.

If you are unable to attend your training session, You must call at 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance so we can reschedule you for next future, available class within 60 (sixty) days.  If the individual reschedules and does not attend the newly scheduled session, you will forfeit all monies.

Special Request Classes

Class Schedules are posted and can be obtain by sending a 'Contact Us' form or by contacting us by telephone.  If a special class is needed to accommodate any business they must meet the following:

1. A non-refundable fee of $100 will be paid to reserve the requested date
2. Session must have a minimum of 5 (five) participants.
3. Names of the participants must be provided along.
4. If a participant does not attend, requesting company will be charged the rate of the requested class.
5. The participant will be allowed to reschedule within 60 (sixty) days for a class rescheduled.
